At The Project on Workforce, we're building a national research-practice community to grow the evidence base for the future of work. Our model relies on real-time feedback from the field to speed up innovation cycles. We work alongside state and local governments, federal agencies, colleges, training providers, community-based organizations, and businesses to advance our mission: more pathways to economic mobility and smoother transitions between education and careers.
