
Natalie Van Kleef serves as a Senior Advisor at the Harvard Project on Workforce. She is the global head of the Go-to-Market organization within Google Cloud Learning Services. Most recently, she served as a Sr. Labor Innovation Fellow for the Biden-Harris Administration. Natalie founded the Google IT Support Career Certificates and Google's Department of Labor-registered apprenticeship program. Prior to this, Natalie ran the IT Residency Program that staffed Google’s internal IT support function globally.
Natalie holds a B.A. from Boston College and an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has appeared on CNN, in several podcasts, including Harvard Business School’s Managing the Future of Work, and in publications like Fortune, Forbes, Wired, Axios, and Wired.
